As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing and identifying top candidates for roles across our growing organization. This is a great opportunity to build foundational recruiting skills while supporting a company that values safety, accountability, development, and relationships.
What You’ll Do:
· Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms and databases
· Screen resumes and identify potential matches for open roles
· Collaborate with members of the HR team on candidate pipelines and hiring needs
· Maintain and update candidate tracking systems
· Help improve and implement sourcing strategies
Who You Are:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
· Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
· Strong communicator and a team player
· Experience in HR or recruiting is a plus, but not required
