We're seeking a skilled and creative YouTube Script Writer to join our team and help us create compelling video content for our thriving Bay Area real estate channel. If you can weave together market insights, local expertise, and captivating storytelling, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Craft Compelling Scripts: Write engaging, informative, and persuasive scripts for YouTube videos covering a variety of real estate topics, including:
  • Local city guides and "best of" lists (restaurants, activities, etc.)
  • Market updates and trend analyses
  • Neighborhood spotlights and development deep dives
  • Tips for buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Channel Our Voice: Capture our distinct brand voice and tone, blending informative content with an engaging and personable style (examples provided).
  • Incorporate Local Expertise: Weave in relevant market data, local insights, and personal anecdotes to create content that resonates with our Bay Area audience.
  • Structure for YouTube: Understand YouTube best practices and craft scripts optimized for viewer engagement, including compelling hooks, clear calls to action, and strategic use of visuals.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our video production team to ensure scripts align with overall video strategy and production needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Scriptwriting Experience: Demonstrated experience crafting engaging and effective YouTube scripts. A portfolio of relevant work is required.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: A strong understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in the Bay Area market.
  • Excellent Research Skills: Ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources, including market reports, local news, and community resources.
  • Strong Storytelling Abilities: A knack for crafting narratives that capture attention and create an emotional connection with viewers.
