HM.CLAUSE is a Business Unit of Limagrain, an international agricultural co-operative founded and managed by farmers. HM.CLAUSE specializes in the breeding, production, and sale of vegetable seeds. Position Purpose:
The program is designed to develop future leaders of the organization by exposing them through various department rotations over the course of 12 -18 months, while supporting leaders with their strategic projects and day to day work.
You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:
Project Management:
- Work closely with global heads of various functions, as assigned, on various projects and Strategic Roadmap initiatives
- Brainstorming and problem structuring, planning, execution, and monitoring
- Monitor strategic global projects progress
- Support maintenance and development of key relationships with external key collaborator partnerships
Operational Support
- Support the management, tracking, and reporting of global budgets and KPIs
- Support preparation of various materials and presentations (board meetings, Global Strategic Team, and Limagrain Executive meetings, etc.)
- Performing analysis in support to strategic objectives
- Learn about the divisions and the broader organization to provide suggestions for improvement
- Gather and research internal/external qualitative and quantitative information and data to support the evolution of the future Strategic Roadmap
Examples of Rotation Assignments & Projects
- Develop a plan to mitigate anticipated gaps in succession planning for critical positions
- Propose and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) in support of our Production strategic objectives
- Evaluate utilization and efficiency of current methods & process flows and conceptualize process improvement initiatives
- Track KPIs and use results for continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales & margin data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Job requirements
To be considered, you will need:
- Advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics or related field with 2-3 years or work experience or 4-5 years work experience with Bachelors in related field .
- International travel or work experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. English proficiency required.

HM.CLAUSE offers a strong compensation and benefits package to its employees:
Competitive salary
This position’s range is $90,000 - $104,000
Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures. As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
