Internship - Agricultural Research Trials

At GreenLight Field Research Station, we perform trials with different crops to test and characterize our crop protection products in the research development pipeline. Under the supervision of the lead Research Agronomist, you will support in activities such:

Insect colonies and fungi isolates collection maintenance.

Massive increase of insect/inoculum for artificial infestation/inoculation.

Setup of the experiments in different environment (plant growth chambers, greenhouse, open field) following protocol.

Application of products with backpack sprayers.

Evaluation and data collection, according to the experiment setup.

Some of the activities will be performed on field or greenhouse conditions. Therefore, it is required the willingness to work in such environments, as well as be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
