Responsibilities and duties:
- Collaborate with team members to research, develop, and innovate training material for a wide range of programs and initiatives.
- Use your problem-solving abilities to dissect and outline processes step by step.
- Communicate effectively with both team members and stakeholders, ensuring all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and inclusive.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create, edit, and format documents, making training materials visually appealing and accessible.
- Proactively identify improvement areas and suggest innovative ideas for training material development.
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A general understanding of process documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- A commitment to inclusivity and creating accessible educational content.
Desired/Preferred Skills:
- Experience in research and development of training material.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Hours and Expectations:
This position requires a commitment of 10-12 hours per week.
