3D Modeler

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Modeler. The 3D Modeler will be responsible for creating and modifying building information models, preparing construction drawings for mechanical and plumbing systems, creating BIM standards, and implementing them to the team, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) with mechanical and plumbing skills
• Proficient in Revit software
• Experience in creating construction drawings.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and engineers.
• Knowledge of construction industry and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Preferred 3 years utilizing Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Associate degree in drafting or BIM preferred.

Experience working with Revit and AutoCAD is necessary. Additional certifications such as an Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Mechanical Design is not necessary but preferred.
