Digital Production Designer

We are looking for a recent graduate or a designer looking for their first job in design to join Continuant's marketing team. You will be entering a creative role, where your main function will be time-sensitive production work requiring some creativity and design work and administrative duties. You are good fit if you are have a good design sense and strong work ethic. You'll report to our Marketing Manager and collaborate with other members of the team to complete work. Location preference for applications is Tacoma, WA and Redding, CA.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including but not limited to web graphics, ads, social media visuals, email templates, infographics, brochures, and presentation materials.
  • Ensure all digital assets adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and content creators to understand project requirements and execute design concepts effectively.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all digital assets are error-free, visually appealing, and ready for publication.
  • Organize and maintain a well-structured digital asset library, making it easy for team members to access and utilize design resources efficiently.

 

What You Need to be Successful:

  • 2+ years of experience with digital design including web, social, landing pages, display ads (required). Experience can be academic or professional (recent grads are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint (and even some Adobe Stock wrangling)
  • Excellent communication skills, both in giving and receiving feedback as well as in asking the right questions to understand (internal) client requests
  • High level of responsibility with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Experience working on a team and accepting critical feedback on projects
