Job Summary
IT Interns work closely with the IT department to provide support to the hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc.) and various software of our end users daily. In addition, you will assist with supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting critical business systems, servers (physical and virtual), networking equipment and software (financial systems, job/project management software, etc.). Our primary focus is customer service first, we work as a team to ensure our users' needs are meet in a friendly, positive manor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
·        Active Directory User Account Cleanup
  • IT Asset Management
  • Assisting with various IT Projects
  • New User Account and Equipment Setup
  • Basic IT Helpdesk Tasks
·        Other related duties and projects as assigned
Key Job Requirements
·        Enrolled in computer Science or IT related major or equivalent
·        Strong Desire to Learn
·        Collaborative and Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time to meet deadlines

Physical Requirements
  • Exerting up to 40 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly.
  • Work involves walking, sitting, or standing to a significant degree
  • Work is performed in an office
