ACG is a diversified, fast-growing tax practice with a focus on providing high-end services to technology companies with international and multi-state operations. We provide specialized tax services including international tax planning, transfer pricing, M&A, multi-state tax consulting, general tax return compliance, and tax provisions to a client base composed mainly of companies audited by the Big 4 accounting firms.  

Working directly with our sophisticated client base, predominantly with a technology focus, responsibilities include:

·       Prepare corporate and individual tax returns including partnership and multi-state returns and international tax forms

·       Provide tax research and planning while ensuring compliance

·       Complete generalist tax work including reconciliation of tax general ledger accounts

·       Implement solutions to streamline tax processes

·       Monitor and newly enacted tax legislation

·       Develop and cultivate professional client relationships

·       Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation

·       On track to obtain required accounting units to sit for CPA exam

·       Ability to effectively understand clients’ needs and provide solutions

·       Strong communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, project management, client service and PC skills including Microsoft Office

·       Ability to resolve complex accounting issues and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
