Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Paralegal Manager, attorneys and paralegals, case clerks perform tasks to support the legal team, including but not limited to: assisting in preparation of court filings; organizing, assembling, indexing and retrieving documents from various external and internal databases; updating and utilizing various databases; communicating and interviewing potential clients and witnesses; drafting and preparing communications; and other tasks and duties as directed.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
• outstanding writing and communication skills;
• superb organization and time management skills;
• solid analytical and critical thinking skills;
• adept computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite – word, excel, and outlook;
• the ability and willingness to work in a challenging, rewarding, and fast-paced work environment; and
• Bachelor’s degree required.
