Customer Support (Career in Software)

You’ll start in the Customer Support Representative role where you’ll spend eight to fourteen months. You’ll learn the software, get first-hand experience helping customers, and gain a true understanding of the business challenges solved. 
After this training, expect to move toward a position in Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Account Management, or another area of the business. Our steady growth often requires new positions and promotions making this a unique opportunity. We’re not for everyone. We expect you to push yourself to learn and to advance quickly. You won’t work crazy long hours, but you’ll be part of a team that is focused on doing what it takes to win.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reply to live chat and provide guidance to customers and prospects
  • Deliver amazingly helpful service that customers love
  • Connect sales prospect inquiries with Sales Development Representatives
  • Escalate complex support issues to Account Specialists
  • Be a helpful tour guide to the product for new customers
  • Troubleshoot issues with and provide set up help for third-party integrations
  • Continuously learn and improve in preparation for you next role
You should have...
  • A Bachelor's Degree. Equivalent professional experience will be considered. 
  • 1-2+ years of work experience before, during or after college
  • A desire to pursue a career path in software with quick advancement potential and ability to meet high expectations
  • Extra curricular activities while in school, or community involvement are a plus
  • A solid work ethic
  • An interest in technology. Bonus points for tech geeks. 
  • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • A curiosity for expanding your comfort zone by continually educating yourself and taking on new challenges
  • High standards for yourself, your team, and for the service you deliver
